Invo­tec’s Respon­se to COVID-19


A Mes­sa­ge to Our Cus­to­mers and Our Com­mu­ni­ty During the COVID-19 Pan­de­mic

Dear Valued Cus­to­mer:

As we con­ti­nue to pro­cess the unpre­ce­den­ted emer­gen­cy cau­sed by the COVID-19 pan­de­mic, we wan­ted to reach out to you with an update on how Invo­tec is approa­ching the situa­ti­on.

Our prio­ri­ty lies in pro­tec­ting the health and well-being of our employees, cus­to­mers, ven­dors, and com­mu­nities. Tog­e­ther we con­ti­nue to moni­tor the situa­ti­on daily—developing poli­ci­es and pro­ce­du­res as new infor­ma­ti­on beco­mes avail­ab­le. Employees who are able to work from home are being encou­ra­ged to do so as much as pos­si­ble. In our faci­li­ty, we are imple­men­ting gui­de­li­nes from the CDC and sta­te health depart­ments to ensu­re the safe­ty of our manu­fac­tu­ring teams. This inclu­des restric­ting tra­vel to busi­ness-cri­ti­cal trips only, limi­t­ing in-per­son mee­tings, main­tai­ning social distance, and updating our visi­tor poli­cy to requi­re pri­or aut­ho­riz­a­ti­on and con­firm health befo­re ent­e­ring our faci­li­ty.

With that said, we under­stand that our cus­to­mers deve­lop and pro­du­ce medi­cal devices that are essen­ti­al to the health­ca­re sys­tem local­ly and across the glo­be. The­re­fo­re, we are com­mit­ted to remai­ning ope­ra­tio­nal and ser­vicing our cus­to­mers to the ful­lest extent pos­si­ble.

Our thoughts are with all of tho­se on the front lines figh­t­ing the virus, and we see it as our duty to remain an acti­ve mem­ber of the sup­ply chain to sup­port them.
