A Message to Our Customers and Our Community During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Dear Valued Customer:

As we continue to process the unprecedented emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to reach out to you with an update on how Invotec is approaching the situation.

Our priority lies in protecting the health and well-being of our employees, customers, vendors, and communities. Together we continue to monitor the situation daily—developing policies and procedures as new information becomes available. Employees who are able to work from home are being encouraged to do so as much as possible. In our facility, we are implementing guidelines from the CDC and state health departments to ensure the safety of our manufacturing teams. This includes restricting travel to business-critical trips only, limiting in-person meetings, maintaining social distance, and updating our visitor policy to require prior authorization and confirm health before entering our facility.

With that said, we understand that our customers develop and produce medical devices that are essential to the healthcare system locally and across the globe. Therefore, we are committed to remaining operational and servicing our customers to the fullest extent possible.

Our thoughts are with all of those on the front lines fighting the virus, and we see it as our duty to remain an active member of the supply chain to support them.

We will continue to communicate any updates to our operations and thank you in advance for your patience. If you have questions or feedback, please contact us.

In the meantime, stay safe and healthy!

Sincerely,

John C. Hanna, President & CEO, Invotec, Inc.

Daryl Greywitt, VP & COO, Invotec, Inc.
